The England region

Situated on the North Cornwall coast a short drive gives easy access to many surrounding beaches but also St. Ives (30mins), Newquay(25mins)with its zoo, aquarium and fun park, seal sanctuary at Helston and Padstow (40mins) .They are all lovely seaside towns with plenty to do and great restaurants.

The county town of Truro is 15mins' drive and has supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, and thriving shopping centre [Pizza Hut and MacDonalds are passed on the way in!].

Just a short trip to the Eden Project and 50 minutes to Lands End.

St Agnes

A 10 minute walk into town from the beach provides butcher, baker, fishmonger, and all general amenities and a further selection of eateries, pizza, bar food and on the way in from the beach a must try is 'Genkis', a self styled zen cafe with lovely gardens to chill in.

From the lodge you can walk directly onto the cliffs joining the coastal path with panoramic views and a host of wildlife and fauna. One direction takes you to Chapel Porth with a cafe to get a cup of tea and a menu which not only serves food such as sausage and bacon sandwiches but 'hedgehog' ice-creams. Perranporth is the other way with its miles of sand stretching into the distance and is a busy seaside town.
