Your dream vacation villa, situated in a quiet residential area of Spring Hill with Oak Hills Golf Course views. This custom built home is equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. Just bring toothbrush and clothes. Extra large screened pool area with sunloungers and a 3 person swing seat to enjoy Florida's glorious weather. Electric Pool Heating is available in the cooler months at an extra charge. The Lanai is spacious with outdoor dining for 6 and a bar waiting for ice and drinks. Ceiling Fans will help cool you on those balmy evenings. With a 3 burner BBQ with infrared searer and gas ring, the sky is the limit in outdoor cooking. Direct access to pool bathroom and shower. A TV is provided to finish off the outdoor package.

The interior is furnished to the highest standard. There is a relaxing lounge area and both formal and casual breakfast dining areas. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with linens and towels. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and has access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 and 3 have adjacent bathrooms. All bedrooms come with walk in wardrobes.

Why can't I call Kevin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
