Simla House is in a great location in a quiet Dalmatian village, on a hill with fabulous views over the bay and the mountains of the mainland in the distance. And just 6 km from the amenities of Supetar which is the main town on the island.

The house comprises 2 apartments on 2 floors from which there are large terraces. On the upper floor there is a large open plan living dining kitchen room, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is small kitchen living dining room, one double bedroom and one bunk-bed room and a shower room. In the garden is a 24 sq m pool.

Also, Simla house offers free WiFi/Internet connection. Enjoy eating on the upper terrace with its great views or dine beside the traditional stone grill BBQ in the garden, beside the pool.

Come in the high season and indulge in the vibrant outdoor cafe and restaurant life, the nearby pebbly beaches, or take a car or bike and explore the island with its wild countryside and its many

The Dalmatia region

Splitska is a quiet and pretty fishing village 6km from Supetar which is the main town of the island. Splitska has a deep natural harbour and long quay. In the centre of the village, right on the quay are 2 very good restaurants specialising in fresh grilled fish, plus a cafe bar that also serves breakfasts. Close by is the village supermarket for daily provisions.

The beaches are at either end of the harbour and have small pebbles and aqua blue water. The beaches are very child friendly and are set in the nature with pine trees all around.

At 6km away Supetar is easy to reach and provides the guest with plenty of amenities, shops, water sports, tennis, restaurants and vibrant night life. The ferry to Split goes from here.

Splitska

You can take a 50 minute ferry ride to Split and wonder around the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace, do some designer shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream!

For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday + the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there are plenty of lovely coastal and inland walking trails with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.

You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help. Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 1 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
