"Sea Flower" is apartment on the 3rd floor of new small block of flats, with 3 stars categorization, located in a quiet position of Split. It's a flat (40 m2) for 2+2 persons, with one bedroom, kitchen and living room with balcony, bathroom and private parking place for a car in garage. There are: international color TV, flat Internet, air conditioner, washing-machine, filter coffee maker, cooker for water, dishes and cooking utensils, bathroom towels and bed linen.

In front of the building is playground for kids. There is discount supermarket "Tommy" in the basement of building and 1 km distance is the biggest shopping center in Split "City One" where you can buy everything you want. Near the building is bus stop and you can take bus to the historical center.
