The apartment is on quiet road the garden is lined with shrubs and has a nice lawn, there is a car port and drive way the apartment is on the ground floor consisting of two double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed suitable for children, the apartment is ideal for families with 2 children or two couples, it is comfortable for 4 people

The Apartment is managed by al who lives opposite & is there ready to help with any concerns you may have.

The apartment benefits from having air conditioning in both bedrooms and a overhead fans in the main bedroom and dining and living room areas.

We also have a samsung smart tv.

Unlimited wifi is supplied free of charges as is cable TV, there is also a dvd player with a limited amount of dvd's to watch plus a radio & c/d player to listen to your music.

There is a separate laundry room with a large American style washing machine, hand tub and washing line to dry your clothes.

The kitchen is well equipped and there is very spacious open plan living room & dining room. You can also dine outside in the garden or the covered entrance area.

There is an outside table & chairs provided for relaxing outside , ideal for sitting in the open area in front of the house to read or play games.

There is weekly Maid service and you will be provided with clean bed linen & towels including beach towels.

Keys to the apartment will be in the wall safe next to front door of the property, you will be given the numbers of the combination after booking, there is a light switch above the safe in case of arrival after dark. If you have any concerns Al Small’s telephone number who looks after the property is also just under the safe. Al small lives exactly opposite the apartment..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
