“Log cabin is excellent with stunning views.”

Reviewed 5 Sep 2016

Claire and Ian are very nice and helpful, gave lots of good info for days out and walks within the area. The Log cabin was fantastic and immaculate, it was surprisingly warm at night which we did not expect. The grounds were also immaculate. Pine Martins visited every night for jam sandwiches and eggs, that was amazing as it is the first time we have ever seen Pine Martins. We also saw 'Glen' the young Stag on the grounds which was also amazing. We also saw a Golden Eagle, we heard it first, which Claire did say we would, and managed to get a photo. There is a short walk to the Loch but you need to take extra care on the steps as they are quite steep, but once down it is a very relaxing place to be. The walks from the grounds through the forest up to the Munro's is well worth the steep climb. Our dog Molly felt at home right away.
