Nerissa bungalow No. 5 (ground floor, independent), set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room- kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. The apartment is detached with fully tiled bathroom and complete air conditioning.

A terrace of 24 m2 has stunning views of the green area with the different color flower and the sea and provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers.

Parking under the trees is available as well as kids' play ground. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed.

The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).

You will be greeted at the apartment by the owner and he will answer any questions about the house and the island. During your stay, he will be available to assist you personally.

A generous welcome pack including bread, milk, juice, a bottle of organic wine, cold beer etc will be waiting so you do not have to rush to the store.

.Linen and towels will be provided in the midweek to be changed by the customers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dimitrios Ger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
