Nestled on the south coast of Kefalonia ,Amari Villa is a spacious, secluded luxury villa with a south facing private pool and amazing views over the Ionian sea & Mount Aenos. The Villa itself has been designed to give guests a tranquil setting. We are meters from the beach, with unbeatable sea and mountain views, a spacious garden with large pool. Close to the airport, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. An ideal place for couples, families (with kids) or bigger groups.Amari Villa is a stunning 5 bedroom luxury holiday villa just outside the pretty village of Spartia on the beautiful Island of Kefalonia.

The Villa is set in its own grounds , surrounded by olive groves (which belong to the property), set over 2 floors - boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which covers most of the ground floor. Large balconies surround the property from where one can enjoy the incredible 180 degree views over the Ionian Sea and Mount Aenos.

Outside you can savour those glorious views from the balconies, the garden surrounding the Large Private South Facing pool which is the perfect size for cooling off rather than serious swimming. The pool is fully fenced-in to keep younger children away for safety reasons. At night the pool is lit and inviting for those who may like to try a midnight dip.

The Pergola, by the swimming pool has a BBQ and is well furnished for dining al fresco and is big enough for the best of family celebrations & gatherings, and is well equipped for outdoor living.

Kefalonia (also known as Cephalonia or Kefallinia) has been made famous in the setting for Louis De Berniere's novel Captain Corelli's Mandolin starring Nicholas Cage. The island has some of the best beaches in the world and is steeped in history.

As you arrive to Amari Villa, the eye is drawn to the bright walls of the villa contrasting starkly with the vibrant colours of the sea ,blue sky, deep turquoise Ionian sea, sparkling clear water in the swimming pool, rich green rural tranquillity, the craggy back-drop of Kefalonia's Mount Aenos and Zante in the distance will transport you a million miles away from where you came.

There is car parking space on the property. All the terraces, pool and garden areas are enclosed with impressive railings, allowing you to take advantage of the amazing views.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dina and Harshad (the owner) a message.

If Dina and Harshad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
