A two bedroomed apartment in Sovereign Harbour North, offering superb marina views. A balcony leads out from the living room and master bedroom and the second bedroom has a terrace all of its own, The master suite includes king size four poster bed and ensuite.

Access, accessibility and parking

Our apartment is on the second floor of a modern block.

Access: the front door is reached by three steps, and once inside three steps back down toe lift. If you ant to avoid steps, the under croft car park door opens directly to the lift level.

Accessibility: there is a small sill ,on the car park door which can be easily crossed by a wheelchair. On the second floor the apartment door faces the lift but we have a quite long corridor with 2 90 degree turns before arriving in the living area.

Parking: the apartment has an allocated parking space in the secure undercroft car park below the building. There are also various visitors spaces at ground level outside the block which are usually available.

** For short stays (less than one week) please enquire for quote before booking. A charge will be made for cleaning and laundry.

Apartment very good, everything needed to give us a good break. We are in our mid eighties, and no problems.

Not really suitable for young children, car was needed to go shopping etc. Bexhill on Sea we enjoyed, but traffic problems / parking not easy, although. this is a national problem now.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanna/Alan (the owner) a message.

If Joanna/Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
