Charming and huge cottage / villa (220 sqm) on 2 levels, with large garden, at the foot of the forest. The structure is perfect for the comfortable stay of 3 \ 4 families who want to spend a period of holiday immersed in nature yet close to the ski slopes of Val di Fiemme. It is half an hour from the markets of Trento, Pergine, Levico and 1 hour from those of Bolzano. The house is located only a Sover, a small village 20 minutes from Cavalese, where skiing, you can immerse yourself in the natural paradise of the Ski Center Latemar, departure of the Dolomiti Superski, one of the 50 km of tracks linking Pampeago, Predazzo and Obereggen. In the ski area Bellamonte-Alpe Lusia ski slopes caress the boundaries of the Paneveggio Natural Park. The slopes of the Passo Rolle unfold in front of the majestic Pale di San Martino. And from Skiarea Alpe Cermis, with its long Olimpia slope (7.5 km), it offers one of the most exciting views of the Dolomites. Other scenarios on limestone mountains, reflecting the colors of sunrise and sunset, open on the Passo di Lavazè-Occlini, where alpine skiing cross country meets. For those who also loved winter sports in addition to skiing, there are many possibilities: the typical mountain lakes often ice on which to skate (in addition to the ice rink Miola), the trails leading to mountain pastures at altitude to follow even with snowshoes and many paths among the great woods for trekking. The house then, given the size, is particularly suitable for those who simply wish to enjoy the live in groups or enjoy relaxation and nature, the mountain also offers winter. Ground floor: the living area is a large kitchen with traditional stove, a large room with 2 dining tables, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. First floor: a huge bedroom with terrace mountain view with 2 double beds a single bed, a sofa-bed, a typical windowed attic bedroom for 3 person and a bathroom. Outside there is a wooden playhouse for children to play or that can act as a ski storage. Recommended environment for guests that are environmentally friendly, nature, ownership.
