"Absolutely fantastic house"
We have just come back from a week in Burchley House, and all ages all agreed this was the best house we have stayed in. The house is very spacious - everyone was always able to find a quiet corner when required, plus there are large reception rooms for us all to be in together. The house is extremely well appointed and stylishly presented, plus light and airy - the very large garden and all the parking spaces in the drive were an additional bonus for Southwold! It is very convenient for shops and it is a quick and easy walk to the sea . As a previous reviewer said, this house is highly recommended!

We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday, the party consisted of eleven people aged from 4 months to 80 and one dog. The house was perfectly suited to everyone with well equipped kitchen. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach and pier. Our stay lived up to our expectations and we hope to stay again.

Burchley house is fabulous and after spending a weekend with family and friends we can't wait to go back. Each and every room is extremely comfortable with everything you could want-nothing has been spared. Catering for a large group the kitchen is perfect for gathering over a home cooked meal. This beautiful house is within a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants,pubs,beach and pier. Highly recommended.
