Exclusive use of a luxury 2 bedroom serviced apartment in Portsmouth with views over Southsea Common to the Solent, the Isle of Wight and Gosport. Recently refurbished to a high standard, with 1 king size and 2 single beds convertible to a super king, the accommodation is light and airy, suiting up to 4 adults in style and comfort.

The apartment is Ideal for a city break, beach holiday, for the Americas cup sailing events or as a base for exploring the South Downs and Isle of Wight. It is within walking distance of the Portsmouth's famous Historic Dockyard (home to the Victory, Mary Rose and the Warrior), D Day Museum, Ben Ainslie’s base for the Americas Cup yacht race, shopping and the marina at Gunwharf Quays and the landmark Spinnaker Tower.

There is a gorgeous lounge/diner where you can watch the boats sail past, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower and bath.

Around the corner, you will find the creative community and great restaurants in Castle Road and a stroll away is the local shopping centre with cafes and bars in Southsea's Palmerston Road.

Bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels).

Why can't I call Jonty (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonty (the owner) a message.

If Jonty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
