“Perfect holiday”

Reviewed 14 Jun 2016

Stayed here for the best June weather we have had for years. The flat is very comfortable and has everything needed for a carefree holiday. The view of the Solent is excellent don't forget to take your binoculars. My wife appreciated the beautiful cut flowers on the mantelpiece on our arrival. Parking is easy right outside the door don't forget to ask Paul for visitors permits. Definitely will be returning.

“Perfect seaside apartment”

Reviewed 8 Sep 2012

This is a lovely apartment with direct access to the beautiful promenade at Southsea and the beach. Views of the Solent from the kitchen and lounge windows, always lots of ships to watch. The area is full of interesting and easily accessible places to visit. The dockyard and The Victory well worth a visit. Lots of different places in walking distance. The apartment was perfect for our needs, lovely large lounge with two large windows, spacious bedroom and shower room + kitchen with all you need. Wifi was available + freeview tv. If you are thinking of visiting Southsea can highly recommend this apartment. Paul and Julie, the owners were very nice people and very helpful.

Thank you and hope to see you again .

“Comfortable, well equipped, conveniently located with wonderful panoramic views”

Reviewed 11 Apr 2012

We enjoyed a fantastic seaside break in a lovely apartment. Every comfort is catered for. Well equiped kitchen. Plenty to do, no problems with parking and very easy to spend time just watching the world go by through huge windows - it seems that people in Southsea jog along the front whatever the time of day or weather!! Convenient for us to visit with family too. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Thank you so much for you review and hope to see you soon .

“So comfortable - just like home, with a great view.”

Reviewed 30 Aug 2011

Had a really great stay in this Southsea apartment - love the lounge room view. Weather wasnt good so we were inside perhaps more than usual - loved gazing at all the ferries coming and going and the passing parade on the promenade. The 4 of us were very comfortable-the apartment has everything you need. (Second couple were an unexpected addition and were easily accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in lounge room and comfortable by all accounts.) Lots of wardrobe space in main bedroom and very comfortable bed (and nice view from here too!). Good bathroom, and everything works well in the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer etc) We always found parking no problem right out the front for both our cars. Great location, easy walks to lots of places of interest and also the great pubs and restaurants. Thanks Paul for all your friendly help (and the wine and flowers). We really had a wonderful stay and your apartment was perfect for a great catch up with our family - loved it.

Thank you for your review and we are happy that you have enjoyed your stay...Hope to see you soon Paul and Julie
