Description

South Shields Holiday Flat is an attractive, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment ideally located for both the holiday leisure or business traveller alike looking for a relaxing stay.

The property is situated in a quiet residential street only a 10 minute walk from the sea front with its award-winning sandy beaches, parks, bars, restaurants and attractions and new Leisure Complex, along with South Tyneside magnificent Natural Trust cliff tops. Well-equipped and with free Wifi, and Freeview, the property offers the perfect retreat for leisure and business stays. Pet-friendly and benefiting from a private rear yard with garden furniture. There are convenient local shops only a few minutes walk away if required and great transport links (town centre is only a 15 minute walk from the property.) Local pubs and restaurants serve a wide range of food (including breakfast.)

This property is a traditional first floor flat with its own private access doors to the front and rear. There are stairs at the front and rear of the property (please note there is no lift available.)

Along with plenty of various local attractions, many of the North East’s major attractions (Newcastle - shopping, museums, nightlife, theatres, galleries,) Gateshead - huge shopping centre ‘ Metrocentre,’) Durham City - Cathedral, Sunderland - International Air Show, and the Northumberland coast are all within easy driving distance or in some cases just a Metro ride away (nearest Metro station is only a 10 minute walk from the flat.)

Whether it is the beaches and coast with the dramatic dunes and coves, the culture, the architecture, the annual Summer Festival of events, or attractions, you will soon discover that South Tyneside really has something for everyone. We meet our guests at the property with the keys (the only exception is if there are unexpected severe delays on arrival day where we would need to make alternative arrangements for key collection.)
