This grade ii listed building was originally a coach house built in 1890's and even though It has been extensively renovated it still retains much of the original charm. This is especially evident in the stunning upstairs living room with panoramic views of the iconic forth rail bridge, recently awarded world heritage status. The house is located only minutes away from Dalmeny railway station which makes it an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh, or for exploring Scotland.

The High Street is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill along cycle path or following the main road. South Queensferry has an abundance of quality restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Or you can take time to walk along the shore all the way around the beautiful near by Dalmeny estate.
