Have it all in this unique location & setting. Wonderful 2 bedroom + loft chalet with large deck, private hot tub, wooded views, BBQ, rustic with open beam ceilings & sleeps up to 6 (6 adults max or a mix of adults & children as there is only 1 bathroom). 2 car parking maximum. Ceiling fans in each room with new upgrades: Just added spring 2019-AIR CONDITIONING! During summer walk to lake, casinos (0.9 mile), shopping, Edgewood Golf Course, Heavenly Gondola (0.8 mile). Great bike riding. Miles of Hiking trails right from the property. Winter, Heavenly gondola (0.8 mile) or California main lodge 1-2 minutes drive. Cross country or snow shoe right from the property to VanSickle Park. The location does not get any better than this. We have had this cabin the longest and it enjoys the highest rate of return guests. Note that with one bathroom we allow no more than 6 adults or adults & children. We stay in the onsite caretaker apt. provide snow removal & great advice on what to do while you are here.

This IS NOT a party house but a great place for couples, families & friends to enjoy! Loud partiers need not apply! Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties/groups allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
