“Stunning well equipped home”

Reviewed 19 May 2015

Debbie was a welcoming and generous host who made us feel at home straight away. The house is beautifully renovated with everything you can think of or need. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a quiet area with friendly neighbors at the local pub and grocery shop next door. Perfect for getting into central London using the oyster cards provided. Good for families, couples of a group of friends.

“Christmas at a perfect cottage”

Reviewed 26 Jan 2015

The house is not only beautiful, stylish, chic and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, it was also decorated beautifully for our Christmas day spent there with a tree, wreaths and fresh flowers. Crockery, glasses and cuttlery is not your usual cheap rental accomodation boot sale collection of stuff, a lot of thought has gone into selecting such items. Debbie was a wonderful hostess, making herself avaialble as needed and helping tremendously despite having her own Christmas. We took our cat and dog with us and loved the walks in the woods oppsite the cottage, just 10 minutes walk away, where there is a small castle and beautifully kept formal gardens overlooking the London skyline. The only problem we had in our whole stay was caused by the pub next door. My partner parked his car right next to the pub and had his electric wing mirror broken off by drunk patrons. Park away from the pub and you should be fine. There is lots of parking available outside the cottage although it's not private parking. The noise from the pub did not trouble us at all as the windows are adequate and all was quiet after 11pm, even over Christmas. It would not be suitable to navigate with a wheelchair

“Very pleasant and equipped cottage.”

Reviewed 18 Sep 2014

We were extremely pleased with the cottage, ideal for our stay, the property was very clean and well equipped for any eventuality, beds/bedding very clean and we would recommend the property to anybody wanting a good value for money accommodation in a area to get out to visit London, we will use this cottage again.
