Location description from owner

The England region

South East England offers access to field and forest (eg the famous Winnie The Pooh Ashdown Forest) and a slice of history (Leeds Castle and Hastings where Normans and Saxons slugged it out) yet central London is only 20 mins away with its famous historical and theatrical landscape.

South East London

Crystal Palace is very family-friendly. Eating out in Crystal Palace is a must with excellent food from all regions of the globe. Crystal Palace park is the place to work up an apetite or for the more sedate, antique hunting is always good fun.

“Perfect location!”

Reviewed 7 Nov 2012

We stayed at Fox Hill for the Olympics with our two small children and my sister & brother-in-law. It is a spacious third floor flat in a terrific location. It is walking distance from grocery store, pubs, restaurants, train station and Crystal Palace Park. It took us no time to get to London on the train, with regular trains departing to London Bridge & Victoria. Everything was provided in the flat and Vivienne & Stuart were so helpful, even collected a package for us! We even had room to keep our massive stroller at the bottom of the stairs.
