This show stopping 2 bedroom apartment is for you if you want to treat yourself to a relaxing comfortable stay in a safe neighbourhood with excellent transport links around London and a great High Street with Supermarkets, Banks, Cafe's, Pubs, Shops and Restaurants only a few minutes away. This beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for individuals, families or business travelers wanting a short or long stay at this “home away from home”. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people as it has two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the sitting room area.

Located in The Royal Borough of Greenwich, South-East London. It's a short walk along the riverside to Woolwich Arsenal where the rail and DLR Stations provide quick and easy connections to Central London and Kent. The bathroom has a shower bath with shower screen, washbasin and toilet. Towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer dryer, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery/cutlery/utensils you will need for a self-catering stay. The lounge area features an electric fire and has a flat screen HD TV with Freeview channels, USB connectivity and integrated DVD player. Wifi access is available throughout the flat.

Oyster Cards are available for borrowing for cheaper travelling in London. Tube & Train maps are available for your use. 1 minute walk to car park.

A security deposit of £200 GBP will be requested during the check-in.

Check-in is between 14:00 – 20:00 GMT. Late check-in is between 20:00 - 22:00. A £50 charge is payable for check-ins after 20:00.

Apartment is not suitable for loud parties, as it is in a residential area. Guests found to be disturbing the peace will be lose their deposit and be asked to leave immediately.

Please note, smoking is not permitted inside the flat.

Late check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 is charged at GBP 50. Check-out time is 10:00AM; departure after that time without prior agreement will result in additional charges.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space available at the property.

Official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Prior to arrival, we reserve the right to request a copy of the front of the card used to secure this booking. The card must match the name of the individual who made the booking.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.

Only the number of guest specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any refunds.

A cleaning fee of GBP 40 is chargeable for each booking. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

This apartment is not to be used for ANY KIND OF PARTY AT ANY TIME. LOUD MUSIC IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT AT ANY TIME. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING without any refunds.

“Fantastic accommodation right on the River Thames”

When we arrived Jason was there to greet us and show us around the property. He was very helpful, especially explaining the local amenities and transport links into Central London. There was a tray of food essentials for us on our arrival, and Jason texted us each day to check if we needed anything. The accommodation was clean, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including board games which the children enjoyed playing. The location was ideal, next to the Thames and it was a short walk along the river to catch the DLR into Central London, although there was a bus stop around the corner from the apartment which got you to the station in five minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.
