Elm Lodge is an attractive New England style 'home from home' situated on a peaceful lake within the Cotswold Water park. It provides a fantastic break for families and friends wishing to spend time together.

Downstairs - There is a lovely open plan living area which opens out on to a sunny south facing deck with tranquil views across the lake. On this floor there is also a kitchen and a shower room with washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King size bed with Tv, plenty of storage and gorgeous views over the lake. There are 2 further bedrooms on this floor. These can be made up as twin rooms or as single rooms, both rooms have storage. There is a bathroom upstairs which consists of a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

The lodge is decorated to a high standard and is comfortable, cosy and well-equipped.


The location is perfect for people looking for a quiet and relaxing break. Beautiful views, gentle walks, cosy pubs and a Spa within walking distance (day passes available from the Hotel).

However, if you're looking for a more adventurous break then activities are easy to find with a huge variety of water sports, great cycling routes, beautiful walks as well as several golf courses. The Cotswold water park is also home to an amazing new inflatable obstacle course!

The Lodge is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and is located in a quiet part of the development. It is also ideally located for access to the tennis courts, children's adventure playground, indoor games room as well as the network of pathways to the various lakes within the Cotswold water park.


Elm Lodge provides an excellent base for guests to explore the gorgeous villages and towns of the Cotswolds. It is easily accessible from the M5 and M4 and is only 5 miles from Cirencester - the Capital of the Cotswolds.

Cirencester offers great shopping with the perfect mix of cafes, restaurants, independent shops and larger chains. There is a fascinating museum, a leisure centre, regular farmers markets, beautiful parks and gorgeous Cotswold architecture. Bibury, Burford, Cirencester, Stroud and Tetbury are all within easy driving distance.


Due to site regulations we are unable to accept bookings for Hen/Stag parties. No Commercial vehicles, trailers, horse boxes or camping vans are permitted on site. Access to the site is via a manned security gate.

Bed linen and towels are provided. This property doesn't accept dogs.

A lovely weekend away with friends in a very clean and well equipped Lodge. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully decorated. It was peaceful and relaxing and we went on some lovely walks.

Elm lodge was the perfect getaway over the bank holiday weekend. On arrival we had some local produce waiting for us which was really welcoming, on top of the house being utterly gorgeous and very relaxing in the perfect lake side location. The children enjoyed the playground nearby and the complex itself feels very secure and a safe place for the children to play and explore (mostly, explore the geese and ducks around the lake!) Thank you so much, can't wait to return!

“Wonderful stay at a lovely location”

We had a wonderful stay at Elm Lodge. It had a very warm and welcoming feeling, and was wonderfully presented throughout. The welcome pack was a nice touch too. The lodge is in a great location, quiet, tranquil and very relaxing. It was a great base for exploring the Cotswolds and we really enjoyed all the local walks through out the water park. We will definitely stay there again.

What a great weekend. Really love the lodge and felt very at home. What amazing views to wake up to every morning! Husband went fishing and caught 7 fish so he was happy. We played in the playground and my daughter paddled in the beach area. We walked to South Cerney and got fish and chips. Had lunch at the Bistro and then carvery at the Four Pillars. Can't wait to come again, in fact have booked for September!

How do damage deposits work?
