Hallsands, with its intriguing history and unspoilt cove, is a perfect base for walking, shore fishing and exploring the coastline, as well as East Portlemouth from where you can catch a small ferry to Salcombe.

Outside: enclosed shared garden area accessed through the front gate and across a very quiet, narrow road. Keen walkers can enjoy a 30 minute walk to the coast along the footpath accessed direct from the property. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room available. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach 1 mile, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival 4pm.

This apartment, situated on the first floor, has a mixture of slate and wooden floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with four-poster bed and 1 bunk bedroom (only suitable for children). Bathroom: with and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: leading off the lounge/diner with cooker, fridge and microwave. Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog welcome.
