Immerse yourself in the Athenian Riviera with this stunning villa. Split over two levels, with over 2500sqm of living space, beautiful surrounding gardens, pool (with separate pool house and built-in massage function) and BBQ areas this is the ideal place to enjoy the Greek sun.

The villa is split over two floors + pool house and surrounding areas:

The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one has a built-in jacuzzi and another one has a hammam/steamroom function).

The ground floor has one single bedroom and a pull-out couch as well as a bathroom and the possibility to add a roll-away bed.

The pool area has a separate pool-house (kitchen, toilet, dining space etc.) with a WC as well as two outdoor showers, one of which has solar-powered hot water.

There is a also a large BBQ area

There is parking available on the grounds which can easily fit 4 cars.

PLEASE NOTE: For bookings up to 6 people you will receive access to the top floor + the pool house/pool and all surrounding areas. If you are more than 6 people or require more than 3 double bedrooms then we can provide access to the bottom floor too at an extra charge (€25pp/night)

Thank you for you review Stuart and I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the room arrangement. As you were a family of 5 and did not explicitly specify that you required separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each guest we went by past experience with all our guests who find the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom arrangement enough for their needs and also more economical. The one extra bedroom and bathroom are indeed on a completely separate floor, fully equipped with a kitchen and living room and as such, we have to charge a small extra fee, which i hope you can understand and which I offered to give a 50% discount on as a gesture of goodwill. We were also happy to provide a foldable bed for the younger child at no extra cost but I understand that wasn't satisfactory. The extra floor is typically reserved for bigger groups (over 6 guests) or unless guests explicitly ask us for it. Having said all that, I understand your feedback and will take it on board for future guests.
