Antique Mallorcan house renovated with pool and garden in the countryside. Located in a very quiet area. Ideal for a family holiday or group of friends surrounded by nature.
House renovated preserving the characteristics of the tipical cottages of Mallorca, with wooden beams and many details of ornamentation and construction that makes this a very nice home.
700 meters from the town of Son Macià and 9 km from the village of Calas de Mallorca.
Availability for 6 people. Possibility of a sofa bed.
Terrace with garden furniture and pool area, barbecue area. Exterior shower near the pool.
Private pool with garden to relax in the sun and where children can play outside. With parking area.
Detached house of 200 m2 on two floors. The ground floor consists of living room , full kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a double room with a double bed. The first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom, a living room (there is a sofa bed available for children).
It has refrigerator , coffee maker, microwave , oven, dishwasher , washing machine , stereo , DVD, ironing . We provide towels, sheets and cots . It has WIFI, satellite TV , barbecue. We will provide you two bicycles to use.
The property is fenced , there is growing vegetables and fruits, sheep are grazing in the summer months.
Son Macià is a little villa in a rural area with cottages that before was used as farmers. Currently these homes are resorts for their owners or modern agricultural farms. It is a peaceful setting, and quiet. Its surroundings are great for walking, cycling or riding.
Located 3 km from the town of Manacor , located in eastern Mallorca, is the second city in size and population of Mallorca . It has 27 km of coastline and a rich inner landscape with an extensive range of cuisine from traditional Mallorcan to modern cuisine with their own wines grown up.
The region of Manacor has established cycling routes.
The house is located 9 km from the coast , where they have the possibility to enjoy the beach, swim in the coves, navigate its waters. It's near from unspoiled beaches of the coast of Majorca.
With easy access to a wide range of complementary services, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boating, etc. .
