“Amazing stay in Eden Villa”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2014

We stayed her for two weeks over Christmas and new year and had an amazing time. The villa itself is lovely, the pictures do not do it justice. Rooms were all a good size and the open plan living and kitchen area are great. We had fabulous weather so made good use of the pool, loungers and BBQ when we had our villa days! Somerset West is a lovely area as is Cape Town. There is so much to see and do and Eden Villa is not far from anywhere. A great base. I am so glad we picked this villa and would highly recommend to anyone.

We (two of us) stayed at Eden Villa for 5 nights at the beginning of November and wished it had been longer! The garden was in full bloom and the weather was perfect for sitting on the patio and by the pool. We didn’t need air conditioning or heating inside. The house is very comfortable with quality furniture and fittings. We appreciated the broadband internet connection when booking tours and restaurants. The house is well situated for arrivals at Cape Town airport and there are easy day excursion s to Cape Town, Boulders, Cape Point, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek for fine dining and Hermanus for whale watching. We’ve already booked our return for Christmas 2013! Amy Singleton

“Lovely villa, great location”

Reviewed 24 Oct 2012

Just returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. Nothing was too much trouble for Alistair, who is Davids representative. Beds are very comfy kitchen is very well equipped. Pool looked lovely but a bit chilly still at this time of year to try! So nice to have a villa with heating and air conditioning options. Shops within walking distance and no security concerns whatsoever. Would definitely recommend especially if you want to tour around and see the fabulous country as perfectly located for many attractions. Hopefully we will be back.

“great house and ideal location with good local shops and facilities”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2012

My family stayed in the house for a week in August. It had been recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. We enjoyed it. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was great and the quality of the kitchen fittings was excellent. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a great place to stay.
