The villa is situated in a secure, gated estate with easy access to Cape Town and other areas in Western Cape.

The property was recently renovated, with new bathrooms and a pool.

The living room contains a red leather sofa for three people and another sofa for two people.

The furniture, appliances, utensils, beds, linen and towels are of a high quality. At the rear of the property there is a pool, with loungers, table and chairs and a pergola with shade under vines.

There is air conditioning in the living room, main bedroom and twin bedroom.

The house has fiber optic wi-fi and a Smart LG 47 inch television with a full bouquet of DSTV channels. There is a DVD player and a collection of DVDs and books.

There is parking for one car in the garage and one car on the driveway.

Cape Town is a 30 minute drive away.

Great family friendly holiday house with swimming pool in a secure estate. Clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had all items you would need. nice shaded patio area. Location is perfect to get to beach, explore wine lands and day trips on the east coast. We will definitely visit again!

“Amazing stay in Eden Villa”

We stayed her for two weeks over Christmas and new year and had an amazing time. The villa itself is lovely, the pictures do not do it justice. Rooms were all a good size and the open plan living and kitchen area are great. We had fabulous weather so made good use of the pool, loungers and BBQ when we had our villa days! Somerset West is a lovely area as is Cape Town. There is so much to see and do and Eden Villa is not far from anywhere. A great base. I am so glad we picked this villa and would highly recommend to anyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
