Description

Brodawel is a traditional Welsh fisherman's cottage set into the hillside on a quiet road in Lower Solva. It has been careful maintained and updated over the years to offer a modern open plan living space with original features. The open plan ground floor area incorporates a stylish kitchen/diner with a cosy living room complete with a wood burning stove. Stairs lead up to 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The private garden is terraced and can be accessed by steps to the rear of the cottage. Brodawel is a short walk from the centre of this popular harbour village offering shops, restaurants and pubs. In the opposite direction a gentle walk takes you to the picturesque hamlet of Middle Mill with it's traditional working woollen mill. For the more energetic there is a variety of outdoor activities available locally and access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

How do damage deposits work?
