New release! Finca in soller Town, Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Large finca with casita outbuildings & private pool. 5/6 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. Beds for 10 persons, with a further double sofa bed, bunk bed & cots available. Sleeps 10-14 people. We recommend max. 10 adults with additional children only. Alternatively just the main Finca can be rented for 6-8 persons with/without pool or just the casitas with the pool, please ask us for prices & further information on this. Ca n'arquer has been refurbished to offer optimum flexibility for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends wanting to spend a relaxing time together, but with their own private space. The 300m2 of accommodation is unique for a holiday rental property in soller, configured in a 'u' shape with large glass sliding patio doors allowing the indoor rooms to flow into the outside. 3 secure parking spaces. The finca & casita outbuildings are a self-contained oasis with stunning 360 degree sky high tramuntana mountain views, set close to the centre of town, a 5 minute walk to the main plaza and close to the marina & beaches of port soller.

Or get comfy on a sumptuous 'L'shaped sofa in the porch overlooking the fruit garden. Fruit tree garden including (cherry, avocado, Sharon fruit, orange, lemon, lime, grapes, pears, plum, baby pears), feel free to help yourself to what is there during your stay. BBQ. Dining set for 6 as well as dining set for 4. Main dining room for 10 indoor/outdoor to patio. Timber wendy house. 1 car port & 3 parking spaces, all secure within property.

The house and casitas are predominantly set over the ground floor. It is not ideal for wheel chairs, but accessible for people with limited mobility, please ask owners.


Do you need someone to shop for you during your stay or perhaps just a basic food pack upon your arrival, please just ask & we will do all we can to cater for your needs.

We offer catering services or a one off private dining for your special occasion or event, private chef for all or part of your stay or why not take a cooking class for fun? Individual or groups welcome. Please ask us for further details.

Notes on prices

There is an additional supplement per person for groups of more than 10 persons. This is for additional cleaning & laundry & is not applicable to babies/children sleeping in cots. A weekly clean on departure day is included in the rental rate. However should you wish to have daily or additional cleaning days, this can be arranged at a further cost. Please request further information. There are no additional charges for A/C in Summer or Winter central heating, all costs are included in rate

Changeover day

Changeover days Friday/Saturday preferred. We are flexible, please contact us for alternative changeover days. Check out is 10am & check in 3pm.

Booking notes

There is a €75 fee per additional guest over 10 persons, this is for cleaning of towels/bedclothes. Not applicable to children sleeping in cots.

€1000 deposit is required p/wk booked to confirm your booking, a further €1000 (less for Casitas/just Finca) p/w booked payable 60 days prior to arrival & balance + refundable €300 security deposit due upon arrival. €300 security deposit is fully refundable if no breakages.

No refunds for cancellations unless we can re-rent the property.

The Balearic Islands region

The SW of the Island offers a variety of family outings & activities. There is really something for everyone here!

Soller itself is a beautiful Town steeped in history, boasting it's own Plaza & Church, the famous Soller Bank & plenty of restaurants & shops, nestled at the based of the Sierra De Tramuntana Mountains & a 10 minute drive to the stunning Port of Soller with it's beautiful horseshoe beach & pretty Marina. Soller really has it all!


A central location, close to the centre of town and it's many facilities, but also very close to the mountains, countryside, beaches and Port.

Quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still within a 5 minute walk to the Town Square. Soller Town is steeped in history and also boasts a good sprinkling of restaurants & retail Therapy.

The coast is never far away, just 10 minutes drive or a trip back in time on the original 100 year old Soller tram in 30 minutes takes you to the stunning Port of Soller's Marina & beautiful horseshoe harbour & beach.

Hop on the wooden Soller-Palma Railway Train dating back to 1912 and take in the beautiful landscape of Mallorca on the way. Arriving in Plaza de España, extend your shopping spree and take in even more fantastic sights in the historical, architecturally & culturally diverse City of Palma!

There is also a super bus service available in Soller which takes you to central Palma for approximately €2 each way!

Soller's wonderful market day is Saturday - worth a wonder into Town to experience! There is also a daily indoor market selling fish, veg etc. There are two butchers, small supermarkets, pharmacies & plenty of banks. There is also a supermarket (Eroski) just on the edge of Town, however you would need a car or to take a taxi to shop here. There are two Carrefour hypermarkets on the Soller from the airport. Please note that most supermarkets do not open on Sunday & those that do often close half day. Siesta is 1.30 - 4pm.

Walking holiday:

You can drive or if you enjoy walking, most paths begin in Soller to Deia, Cala Deia, Cuber Damn, Biniaraix, Fornalutx, Sa calobra, Cala Tuente to name a few!


A 10 minute drive (4km) takes you to the Marina & beaches in the Port of Soller. A great place to spend the day on the beach with a good selection of eateries to fit all budgets. If you fancy a spa with a spectacular view, you can purchase a spa day pass for Port Soller's new Jumeirah Hotel.


Son Termens (Bunyola) 15-20 minute drive from Ca n'Arquer.
