Great care has been taken to provide luxury and comfort, with cool fresh linens, light open plan spaces where the inside accommodation blends out to the terrace, fruit garden and a dazzling private pool.

The Finca is a self contained oasis with stunning 360 degree sky high Tramuntana mountain views, set close to the centre of town & the main plaza.

Uniquely Flexible, Quality Finish Finca for 6-14 Guests located in beautiful Soller, a vibrant town nestled at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tramuntana Mountain Range with your very own private pool. Soller has it all, a town, the beach and the mountains! Ca n'Arquer is located within a 10 minute walking distance to Soller's Town Centre Plaza and close to many of the walking routes. A perfect touring base for Hikers, for Cyclists and for Friend's and Families.

Ca n'Arquer offers uniquely flexible accommodation for extended families or a group of friends wanting to holiday and relax together, but also with their own space. Ca n'Arquer has been refurbished to offer optimum flexibility over 300m2 of accommodation and is unique for a holiday rental property in Soller, configured in a 'U' shape with large glass sliding patio doors allowing the indoor rooms to flow into the outside.

Whether you are family or friends coming together from around the world, celebrating a special anniversary or birthday, or just love holidaying together, Ca n'Arquer really is the perfect location to reunite and celebrate! Be sure to ask us about renting just the main finca for 6 -8 persons between November and March. NOTE: We offer reduced rates for the whole property during this period also!

A central location, close to the main town plaza and it's many facilities, but also very close to the mountains, countryside, beaches and Port. Location, Location, Location - a perfect touring base with excellent travel connections by tram, rail & bus to Soller, Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deia & the heart of Palma.

Exclusive use of a Saline Private Pool, approximately 4 x 7 metres.

The pool can be securely gated from the main Finca for the safety of children.

Fruit Tree Garden including Cherry, Avocado, Persimmon (Kakis), Loquats (Nispero), Orange, Lemon, Quince, Plum and Baby Pears. Please feel free to help yourself to Ca n'Arquer's fruit during your stay!

In/outdoor timber deck/tiled areas ideal for sunbathing, sitting, relaxing and dining or get comfy on a sumptuous 'L'shaped sofa in the shady porch overlooking the fruit garden.

Both fun space and quiet spaces for everyone.

Large Finca with casita outbuildings and private pool. 5/6 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. Beds for 10 persons, Bunk Beds for a further 2 persons as well as a double sofa bed, 3 cots & single foldaway bed available. Sleeps 10-14 people. We recommend 10 adults. Bedroom 4 is a very small bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for 2 children sharing with their parents in Bedroom 3. Bedroom 6 is a suite with a small double sofa bed. (See house plan).

Our personal recommendation is 10 adults and two children (bunk beds) + cots to stay comfortably at Ca n'Arquer. We do however have additional bedding options, so please always ask us!

By booking you agree to sign Ca n’Arquer’s own Rental Contract.

Your Tourist Eco Tax is included in our rate, however it will be compulsory to provide passport information of your guests as required.

It is compulsory to provide us with the personal & passport information of the person making the payments for your stay to satisfy Spanish Money Laundering Regulations. Personal data will be used fairly and lawfully & not for marketing purposes.

Our published rates are for up to 10 guests. There is an extra guest supplement of €110 per additional guest/per week payable for bookings in excess of 10 guests, this is for extra cleaning of towels/bedclothes etc. and will be collected upon check-in.

A charge of €65 is also applicable per additional set of bed clothes required when a single person is occupying a double room and therefore additional bed linen is required, but not towels.

Changeover Day Saturday. Changeover day flexibility considered between 1st of October and 1st of May.

Getting around

A car is not essential for your stay with us at Ca n'Arquer. Ca n'Arquer is centrally located with excellent travel connections by tram, train, taxi & bus to Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deia & the heart of Palma! Soller Train Station is located in Soller Town, just 1km away from Ca n'Arquer & can be easily reached within walking distance. Soller. Soller Town is nestled at the foot of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tramuntana Mountain Range & close to many of the popular walking routes. A great touring base for Hikers & Cyclists, but also for sightseeing & shopping. 5.5 km away you will find the stunning Port of Soller's Coast. Home to the marina, beautiful harbour & beach. Plentiful of restaurants, shops & perfect for water sports!

Interaction with guest

You will be welcomed by Joya (or her alternative) and be given a tour around Ca n'Arquer. You will be shown how everything works, where everything is and given 4 sets of keys and an electric gate zapper to use during your stay. You will be shown the various routes to the town plaza, the local spar & given lots of helpful local tips and recommendations. Finally, you will be checked-in, any other outstanding supplements due will be collected and then you will be left to relax, make yourself at home & begin your holiday! This takes approximately 45mins - 1 hr Nothing matters more to us, than you having a wonderful holiday at Ca n'Arquer, Soller. So, if there is a problem or you need help with something, you can always call us.

Ca n’Arquer is a licensed Tourist Rental Property, but not a registered ‘Event Venue’, therefore events & parties must be restricted to the no. of guests residing in the property. Please note that any loud music/entertainment requires a license from Soller Town Hall.
