This Ski Chalet Penthouse Residence 180m2 sleeps up to 10 in comfort. The residence is 4 mins walk on the flat from the gondola. Enter the hallway from the private lift and enter the spacious lounge with ample seating for 10. There is a Bluthner piano and a card/ games table with further seating. Enter the kitchen via the serving swing door and encounter the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge and a range cooker with further seating for breakfast. Move back into the hall and enter the inner hall leading to three large bedrooms with ample storage and multiple wardrobes, three bathrooms all with full size baths with shower over and one with a separate massage shower, This is the largest privately owned residence for rent in the village centre and caters for a large family or two families looking to ski together. There are ten beds in total including four zippable mattresses adapting six singles into three Super Kings offering flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate different families. If you don’t fancy cooking we can provide a cook for you too. The lounge has a 55 inch OLED TV with UK TV, Apple TV and for children a PS4 handset can be provided too (or hidden as required). Music lovers will enjoy the Sonos system with extra speakers allowing you to stream your favourite music into the apartment.

Bedroom 1: up to four people with a Super King bed 180cm, which can be adapted as two singles 90cm, and a mountain bunk bed 2x90cm. Ensuite bathroom with oval bath and shower over and a separate shower cabin

Bedroom 2: up to two people with a Super King 180cm, which can be adapted as two singles 90cm plus a single bunk bed. Bedroom 3: up to two people with a King bed 180cm. Ensuite bathroom with a full bath and shower over.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Clive (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
