This top of the range ski apartment is extremely spacious (95m2) Lovely lounge with balcony overlooking the slopes and open log fire. Furnished with soft comfortable leather sofas, large coffee table, Sky satellite TV, telephone and WIFI internet access. **Free Ski locker at the top of the Soldeu Gondola ** A separate fully fitted luxury kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Ceramic hob and oven. Raclette and Fondue set. Breakfast bar overlooking main living area.8 seater dining tableInternet access and telephone.Sky TV with DVD/VCR/CD player.Master bedroom with Kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and built-in wardrobe. 2nd bedroom also with a Kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables and large wardrobe.1 Double bunk room with 2 large bunk beds and built-in wardrobes.2 separate bathrooms with bath, Spa shower and toilet.Heated airing cupboard to keep your ski gear toastie warm! Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday preferred (do have some flexibility dependant on season). Includes all heating and utilities. All linen provided (bed linen, bath mats, hand and bath towels) Firewood is not included but can be purchased from the local Grocery shop. Check in time 4pm, Check out 10am.

A large selection of videos, DVDs, books and games for all ages. Childs booster seat. Large entrance hallway to keep all your jackets and footwear when you are off the slopes.

Located on second floor of a 5 storey residential apartment complex in Soldeu village (includes lift from parking). Underground secure car parking for one car (not 4X4 height). 5 minutes walk from main gondola station and bars/night Clubs therefore, no late night noise!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
