We have just spent an amazing weekend with friends in this cottage. You cannot fault the accommodation, the amenities, the attention to detail combining to make an excellent venue for a weekend in the Cotswolds. It is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the appliances you would need. A lovely welcome pack when you arrive is an added bonus. I think our thoughts when we first walked in were "Wow!!" and they didn't change! Many thanks

"Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location with plenty to se and do on your doorstep"
A beautiful property set in a cotswold village within easy reach of many places of interest. There is an abundance of places to visit with excellent restaurants within easy reach. The accommodation could not be faulted. It is light and airy while retaining a cosy and welcoming feel. It is equipped with quality furnishings with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The welcoming basket was filled with beautiful food and drink from the immediate area. A home from home we would be glad to visit again and again.

"A delightful cottage in an enchanting village"
As regular visitors to the Cotswolds (we live on the continent) we have not yet been disappointed with our choice of rentals, and amongst them Oat Hill Coach House gets top marks. This is a recent and well thought out conversion of I suppose what was once a coach house (one can be forgiven for thinking it had an ecclesiastical past) and that is all part of the charm. It's easy to settle into, and not so easy to leave. England is full of footpaths and there"s one just across the road, down into the valley you see from the cottage. There is a local pub, though we haven't eaten there. We like its proximity to Broadway, +/- 4 miles, and Moreton, Stow, Bourton-on -the-Water and the Slaughters are all within easy striking distance. No hesitation in recommending this cottage

"Comfortable, well equipped, stylish and well sited."
One of the best rental 'cottages' we have had. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Minor maintenance required to the main bedroom washbasin, otherwise nicely prepared. Location perfect for exploring the Cotswolds.

"Wow what a fab house and location loved every minute didn't want to leave."
Lovely house in good location very friendly village and loved the local pub. central for days out. We took our dog and she loved the house and the two sitting out areas as we all did. I've stayed in many holiday homes but none have had a kitchen so well equipped as Oat Hill Coach House.

"Perfection - beyond our expectations"
A beautiful, immaculate, well equipped house with everything you could possibly need. Lovely comfy beds, and modern shower and bathroom. Lots of space downstairs. With a baby in our party the washer and tumble drier was a big advantage. The village of Snowhill is picture perfect with Snowhill Manor National Trust Property just a walk away. Lovely walks from the front door ideal for our dog and lots of places to visit close by We arrived to a delicious welcome pack of goodies. Tracy the owner emailed to check everything was okay and gave helpful recommendations of places to eat. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

"Absolutely wonderful stay in a fantastic cottage"
The coach house has been recently been renovated to a great standard, and like the other property Tracy owns, has everything you might ever want provided. The welcome basket was a life saver, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing, SnowsHill is a picture postcard village, and very well located for everything in the surrounding area. The only downside - its already booked up for next Christmas so we can't go back :)

"Home away from home in The Cotswolds"
My wife, 8 year old daughter, and I stayed in Oat Hill Coach House for 3 weeks, and can truly say it is a beautiful and stylish place to stay while in The Cotswolds. It's decor and layout are of a very high quality, with a lot of thought having gone into the design. The cottage has a very warm feeling, and is perfect to come home to after sightseeing in the beautiful Cotswolds. It is within the tiny village of Snowshill, which itself is like a postcard; and has plenty of walking tracks nearby, or just a few minutes away from lovely Broadway. Booking was incredibly easy with Tracy, and she is a fantastic host. The booklet within the Coach House is very thorough and let's you know everything you need to know about the property. My wife and I run accomodation at home in Australia, and we took some wonderful tips away from here ourselves. We would highly recommend staying at Oat Hill Coach House. Enjoy.

"A beautifully refurbished country cottage."
We arrived at Oat Hill Coach House after a long drive in heavy rain, and were absolutely delighted to find a warm and cosy, but deceptively spacious cottage all prepared for our arrival. The Coach House has been beatifully refurbished and contained everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. The larder was very well stocked and a large hamper of Cotswold treats was an added bonus. The cottage is deceptively spacious with a large living area and kitchen downstairs and 3 very comfortable double bedrooms upstairs. The two bathrooms felt luxurious with heated towel rails, powerful showers and mood lighting. We made full use of the enclosed barbecue area at the side of the cottage when the weather permitted, and enjoyed preparing food in the beautiful kitchen when the weather was not so kind. The cottage is within easy walking distance of Snowshlll Manor ( a National Trust Property) and the village pub. A car is useful for trips to the shops and restaurants in Broadway. We had a lovely holiday in your beautiful cottage in the picturesque village of Snowshil. Many thanks Tracy.
