“Perfect!”

My boyfriend and I stayed at the cottage for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Situated in the most picturesque village - where some of Bridget Jones' Diary was filmed. Endless amount of foot paths and tonnes to explore. The Lavender fields were a short walk up the road which I bet looks fantastic in the summer (we stayed in December). The cottage was very spacious for the two of us. It would easily accommodate two couples as both large bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Both inside and out, the cottage is decorated very nicely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this cottage - in fact I have already recommended to friends and family.

“Exquisite but cosy cottage with all modern equipments with your own tranquility.”

Well equipment cottage with a taste of countryside romantic furnishing and a bite of luxury. Plenty of space in all rooms and king size beds, too. Finishing linen with a smell of lavender! Privacy was well in a little courtyard/patio, tranquil village with a friendly landlady on the well hosted pub and interesting history of The Snowshill village and Manor House, too. Worth to visit and hear the story of the owners! Only half a mile away is a lovely Lavender Farm and our visit were just on time: the smell of harvesting lavenders on the top of The Snowshill´s was a unforgettable memory. Lot´s of shopping in the Lavender Farm´s Tea House. Also short (2 min) way to so many places nearby: as busy Broadway village, where the nearest well assortment-ed grocery store is, also many little shops. We visited also at Bourton-on-the-Water, Tewkesbury, Monmouth(Wales), Stratford-upon-Avon, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace....only mentioned few places. We sat in the evenings at the patio and enjoined peaceful landscape and lazy days of our holidays. Only the first morning we couldn´t find the main switch of the hob, we foreigners needed help to find it! I warmly recommend this cottage for your holiday!

“A lovely cottage amidst many Cotswolds attractions!”

Apple Cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy exploring the environs of the beautiful Cotswolds. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor patio with table, sun umbrella, and chairs and a delightful view are a real plus of this property. Everything is supplied to renters including a welcoming cake and milk and juice in the refrigerator. The only drawback for our stay was the comfort of the living area furniture; not that much so for TV viewing for any length of time. We would give Apple Cottage a 4 out of 5 rating.
