The property can accommodate a large family or group and is just perfect for your Snowmass getaway. Of course, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and updated electronics with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the family room. Dining is on-site; enjoy a cocktail or meal at the Black Saddle.

The home was recently updated and features granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, bar seating, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large dining area and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and oversized windows. The comfortable indoor living space seems to flow seamlessly outside to the private deck and the mountains beyond. Whether inside the villa or outside on the deck, you will enjoy the million-dollar views of Garret's Peak and the surrounding beauty of Snowmass. The unit is on the ground floor and has a townhome feel. You can step off the deck and make a snow man in the winter or have a picnic on the green grass in the summer.

We partner with a top notch facility, the Snowmass Village Recreation Center (SVRC). The SVRC is only a 2 minute drive from the Villa and it offers a huge variety of work out machines, sports, wellness classes, aquatics, hot tub, basketball, tennis, athletics, and other recreational activities. We provide access passes to the SVRC for our guests based on season and length of stay.

Our guests may use the Snowmass Club Black Saddle restaurant/bar --by adding passes to the SVRC, our guests can have an enhanced overall experience with access to swimming, workout equipment, hot tub, sports, and much more.

Getting around

Snowmass Village has a fantastic shuttle and bus system. The system allows visitors to get around the Aspen/Snowmass area during ski season without needing a car. The access to the ski mountain is only two minutes away via the Two Creeks ski lift. Cross country skiing and snow-shoeing are literally available right outside the door. Leave your car parked, as you can ride the shuttle all around Snowmass or take the bus into Aspen to enjoy some of the finest shopping and dining in the world. The shuttle is just outside the door.
