Located just around the corner from the picturesque Sliema promenade, you will be within walking distance to all amenities – restaurants, bars and eateries are found mere minutes of each other on the promenade – as well as to Malta’s largest shopping centre, Tigne Point. A scenic rocky beach can also be found just downhill from The Point, and offers breath-taking views of our grand capital Valletta.

The apartment itself is built in the traditional Maltese style, with high ceilings adorning each room and giving the apartment itself a grandiose feel. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making it ideal to prepare home-cooked meals. The two bedrooms offer a much needed resting space for tired heads, one bedroom having a double bed with the other having two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath-tub with shower included, and rest assured, we provide bath towels for each person, as well as linen for all the beds. We also provide free Wifi service throughout the apartment, as well as a washing machine for your perusal.

For those looking to have a central base while visiting the island, this apartment is an ideal choice – close to any amenity, walking distance to bus stops as well as being just a corner away from the dazzling Mediterranean sea. Accommodating 4 persons, this property is ideal for groups or families who wish to remain within budget while making the most out of their stay on our gorgeous island.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
