Welcome to our beautiful 1-bedroom Sliema Penthouse - a relaxing getaway in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of Sliema town from the terrace. ShortLetsMalta is excited to be back doing what we excel in - providing guests with an unforgettable experience while prioritizing their safety and well-being. Our property has undergone rigorous cleaning and safety protocols in line with guidelines from MTA and health authorities.

The penthouse is located just a corner away from the seafront, making it the perfect rental for those looking for a central location in a peaceful setting. With easy access to the rest of the island, you can explore everything that Malta has to offer. The bus stop is right across the street, taking you to St. Julian's and Paceville on one side and to Valletta on the other.

For those seeking a relaxing vacation, the promenade, beach, and a variety of restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. Take a leisurely stroll along the seafront and discover some of the best restaurants and pubs in the area. If you're in the mood for shopping, Bisazza Street, Tigne Point, and Plaza Centre are all within walking distance. The penthouse features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a sunny terrace.

From the terrace, you can take in spectacular views of Sliema with its majestic churches towering above the buildings. The bedroom is located upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase, and features another small terrace with more stunning views. The bathroom is located on the lower floor next to the living area. Cable TV and internet are complimentary. During the day, enjoy the beautiful sun and stunning views from the terrace, and at night, relax with a BBQ and take in the panorama. You will have access to the entire property, which is private and not shared with any other tenants. We can also arrange airport transfers for you.

Sliema, a former fishing village on the northeast coast of Malta, is now a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The commercial center is The Ferries, where you can catch a ferry to Valletta or embark on a harbor cruise or Gozo tour. There are also many cafes and shops to explore. The Sliema promontory offers stunning views of Valletta on one side and open sea on the other. Along the promenade, you can enjoy the lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea, with its bays and inlets. There is also a garden along the sea shore - lovely for relaxing. While there is only a small sandy beach, the limestone beach is excellent for sunbathing, and there is easy access to the sea.

Sliema has a good bus service with direct buses to most places of interest.
