The main feature of this penthouse is the large outdoor space partially covered with synthetic turf and decking. Also one can enjoy the stunning views while relaxing in open air Jacuzzi. After relaxing one can cook out the meal on the gas bbq and relax on either the circular sofa or at the rattan table enjoying the ever changing views of our capital city Valletta and also the 3-cities.

This penthouse, has a large hall at its entrance, one can find the spacious living area with a comfortable chez-long sofa and a comfortable dining seating area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with any basic need.

The penthouse has a comfortable, double, main bedroom which has a door leading to the first part of the ample terrace this penthouse has to offer, also the second bedroom is very spacious and comes with two twin beds. The bedrooms have are fully air conditioned. Also the penthouse has a roomy family bathroom with shower closure.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:

- 150KWh - for 2 bedroom apartment- 200KWh

free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.

Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

Sliema

Sliema was once just a fishing village on the north-east coast of Malta but later on it started to become popular for the wealthy Valletta residents who built summer residences here.

The commercial centre is The Ferries - in the days before regular bus services, the Ferries used to connect Sliema to Valletta. Nowadays the Harbour Cruises and Gozo Tours set off from there and there is still a Ferry to Valletta. There are also a number of cafes and shops patronised by locals from all over Malta as well as tourists.

Though to the given modern twist due to newly built apartments one could go into the side streets where there are many of the town`s authentic houses which are now under preservation orders. There aren`t really any historical sites apart from the Churches.

Full of shops, entertainment establishments, rocky beaches and best of all the 5 km long Sea Front Promenade with a number of bars and restaurants with plenty of seating all along. There are beach lido`s and Water Polo clubs that offer all amenities and a large pool to visitors, also facilities for Water Sports. It starts from St Julians Spinola Bay to Manoel Island in Marsamxett Harbour .

The Sliema promontory has stunning views of Valletta on one side with open sea on the other. Along the Promenade one can enjoy the lovely view of our Mediterranean sea, with some bays and inlets. There is also a garden along the sea shore - lovely for relaxing.

There is only a small sandy beach, but the limestone beach is excellent for sunbathing and there is easy access to the sea. Nothing beats a dip in the blue sea! Sliema has the advantage of a good bus service with direct buses to most places of interest.

In Summer and fine Winter days, whole families congretate on the Front for a leisurely evening or afternoon. It is also serves as a meeting place for the locals. Whenever the sea is rough in winter, it`s awsome to see the huge waves pounding the rocky beaches.

Sliema adjoins St Julians and although they have very different cultures and share the Promenade , in a way they can be considered one big town.

We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the property. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

“Great location, very friendly and quiet penthouse excellent”

This property is very well furnished with everything you will ever need for a great stay in Malta. The property owners are extremely friendly and will help with any needs you require. It is very clean in a great location and one side of the sun terrace overlooks the harbour to Valletta. This property boasts a hot tub and fantastic seating area to soak up the sun in a very quiet atmosphere. Would I return to this property, without doubt we really enjoyed our holiday,. I can not express how helpful the owners are to help in anyway you require. We receiver on arrival a lovely bottle of wine, tea, coffee, washing powder etc. in a gift box. The nearby shops are very reasonably priced and a fabulous café Bar is only just a few yards away across the road. We hope to stay again and or use the same owners to book another apartment in the near future.
