Sleeps 8. 3 bedroom semi basement apartment. This is newly renovated just up the street from the much sought after Sliema ferries area where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, a bus terminus and even a ferry boat service that takes you to Valletta which is right across the bay. The apartment has its own entrance at ground floor level and since it is a semi-basemnet appartment, there is a staircase that leads down to a large hallway. There are three bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double) and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a spacious sitting room with LED TV, bathroom, shower en suite and a laundry room. This property is part of one of the oldest houses in Sliema. It's walls have been stripped down exposing the typical Maltese limestone and it has some unusual features. Every care has been taken to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible.This propery is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (HPI 6201).

The location is just where you want to be as a tourist. Just 2 minutes walk and you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, a bus terminus and even a ferry boat service that takes you to Valletta which is right across the harbour. This property is part of one of the oldest houses in Sliema. It's walls have been stripped down exposing the typical Maltese limestone and it has some unusual features. Every care has been taken to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

Sliema

Sliema and especially the ferries area is packed with restaurants for all budgets, shops and cafes. In the vicinity there are small shops for everyday needs as well as 2 large supermarkets within walking distance. And luckily, two blocks away you can find a traditional local baker from where you can buy freshly baked Maltese bread or ftira. A rocky beach is available within walking distance. The nearest sandy beach would be St Julians and that's 2 km away. The nearest bus stop is 2 min. walk. One of the advantages of a small island is that very little time is spent travelling.
