Great location but disgusting over all. Very dirty apartment. Just clearly not cleaned. TV never worked but i was told it was the fault of the supplier so it could not be rectified. Poison left for easy access for children. I was shocked by the lack of care shown by the owners. Previous occupants clthing left in the drawers.Wi-Fi only worked in the lounge. If you cooked in the oven the fridge next to it was warmed up. The cupboard where they stored cleaning supplies smelt like an animal had died in it. Visit Malta but stay somewhere else.

Owner's reply: As you can see from previous reviews they have been good. Unfortunately this customer was very upset about the TV which stopped working and as he worked in the hospitality business he viewed this situation as totally unacceptable for a TV to stop working which appears unfair. We naturally are aware on occasions a TV may stop working and it is our duty to get it fixed as soon as possible or replace if it can't be fixed. As soon as we were notified we arranged for it to be fixed which was over the weekend which was quick but the guest would only provide a 1 hour slot for the return of the TV from the supplier where it was fixed. This made the return of the TV very difficult but the guest said he did not want to be disturbed. We do not like to send round people to the apartment when guests are not in for obvious reasons. We have a locked cupboard which holds some maintenance products. I do not know how the guest managed to get access and this cupboard was checked again between stays. I have informed the cleaner about all these issues as you would immediately but only the TV was raised as an issue so apart from confirming the apartment was cleaned prior to arrival I have no response to the non TV issues as these from inspection were not apparent to the owner pre or post stay inspections. I respect guests views but simply I am not able to accept this review but do acknowledge the TV which had to be fixed and we can look to improve Wi-Fi but the signal is good. TV was returned to the apartment and is working well again and the cleaning procedures are continuing to ensure a clean apartment on arrival. It should also be noted that the Wi-Fi does not only work in the lounge which is incorrect. We will look into obtaining an Wi-Fi extender to ensure even the furthest away areas can get full strength signal. As an owner we do not have control over what people can say in reviews but we can simply continue to ensure the service is good.

“Comfortable and good value in quiet but convenient neighbourhood”

Apartment was close to a bus stop and waterside cafes and restaurants but was quiet and we liked that it is on the edge of Sliema, and thus less touristy. We found small local shops open even on Sunday afternoon, when we arrived. Apartment was spacious and kitchen facilities quite adequate for our party of 4. There were small balconies at both front and rear of apartment, and nice views over the nearby rooftops. Two bathrooms very useful, including a bath. Easy system for heating water. Beds all comfortable, we slept well. Only negatives: in my opinion plate draining rack and tea towels need replacing.
