The terrace off of the living and dining area comes with outdoor dining furniture as well, thus providing an al fresco dining facility ideal for sweltering summer nights. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is also an added feature to this property, and offers a beckoning tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of the town – you can relax with the dazzling view of the Harbour while life rushes by below.

The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is a twin-bedroom off of the living area, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the apartment, which overlooks a quiet side-street instead of the bustling sea-front. This location was an ideal option for bedrooms as it provides a virtually noise-free environment in which one can rest at ease. The main bedroom comes endowed with an en-suite bathroom, providing even more comfort. The other bedrooms share a family bathroom located on the same corridor. There is also a washing machine available for use in a separate area dedicated for laundry.

Moreover, there is an optional parking facility for anyone renting a car. Parking comes at an extra cost of 10 euro per night.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rate according to the season.

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

“Great location”

Lovely views and very convenient location for buses, ferries, restaurants etc. Flat is spacious and modestly (not brilliantly) equipped. Beds good but linen and towels poor; not enough drawers in bedrooms and some dodgy Ikea furniture. Kitchen equipment OK but a bit short of crockery. Rubbish disposal could be a problem (rubbish bags constantly on doorstep, not very pleasant). But worth it all for the stunning views from the balcony.

We understand that some details were up to your liking however, we are glad that this did not affect your stay with us. We have taken your suggestions on board and hope to see you in the near future. With regards to the garbage we are aware of that however, some neighbours do even leave their rubbish next to our door as the landlord caught a couple. Unfortunately, we cannot be 24/7 monitoring the neighbours, but we try at least.

The apartment is in very good location. In front of house is bus stop, very close to shopping center and food store. Apartment is on the 6th floor and has beautiful view to Valletta and Monroe island. We were 8 people (incl one teenager) and everybody have only good memories of our stay. Everything is like on pictures, very spacious.
