'Loch Nevis' is situated on a hillside in the south of Skye with panoramic views across The Sound of Sleat to the mainland hills and to Mallaig. The area is ideally suited for sightseeing, hillwalking, fishing and observing the fantastic wildlife and seabirds which frequent the surrounding land and sea. Sit on the many shores nearby where dolphins, otters, seals and porpoises may be seen, or just relax on the patio watching the world go by. You may wish to take a ferry to nearby Mallaig and the Small Isles of Eigg, Rum, Muck and Canna.

The cottage is situated on a hillside with panoramic views across the Sound of Sleat to the mountains on the mainland.

It has a large comfortable lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All the rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The small enclosed garden has garden furniture, a barbecue and a rotary drier. There is parking for two cars.

The spacious kitchen/diner has a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave etc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2 is similar but is twin-bedded. A single folding bed is also available. The bathroom has an instant electric shower, w.c. and wash hand basin.

There is Oil-fired central heating throughout.
