Description

This is a house built and furnished as a home rather than an investment property and the difference shows. It is a spacious 130 sq meters giving light and airy accommodation and is finished to a high standard of craftsmanship. The gardens and drystone walling around the house are also a delight creating areas of shade and beauty in all directions. We like guests to feel at home so we provide a number of essentials that many rental house lack such as salt, pepper, spices , sugar some coffee/tea and our own olive oil for the kitchen. Dishwasher tablets, soap powder washing up liquid etc things that we feel you shouldn't have to worry about on your holidays. Outside there is a private this year constructed pool 11 to 4 meters and another 300 square metres of balconies, garden and 2500. Square meter of green land with trees.

Both bedrooms ornamented with antique furniture.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Bathrooms:

Two bathrooms.

One with whirlpool bath, WC and hydro massage and steam douche jaccuzzi and wooden cabinets.

Second bathroom with WC and douche hydro massage jaccuzzi and wooden cabinets.

Kitchen:

Big family size luxurious kitchen with oak cabinets big dinning table with Italian

espresso's machine and French filter coffee, hobstove, 2 different kind of

ovens,microwave and ordinary oven,sandwich and toast maker, dishwasher, washing cloth machine.

Living Rooms:

a comfortable living lounge with two big comfortable sofas that can sleep also two children and also a traditional fireplace,a large size TV, DVD and internet connexion

Other:

All spaces in this villa are fully air conditioned and also heated and therefore also recommended in the cooler seasons. The new covered summer kitchen with a big barbecue and pizza oven invites you to stay for a dinner.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

All linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

the villa will be cleaned every 3rd or 4th day of your stay this will include clean linen and towels and a general tidy of the property.

There is a swimming pool located at the side of the house, accessible through French doors from the living room. It is surrounded by low, stone walls and lush landscaping. The balcony terrace area is furnished with a table and comfortable chairs for dining and lounging and next to this in the garden over the pool there is a traditionally handmade tile crafted barbeque and long table also with tiles for dining.

Also at the backside of the land there is an entrance exit to a beautiful unpaved road which takes you walking in 15 minutes down to the center of the village and the seafront where the market is
