Villa Kerasi is a gorgeous new villa designed in traditional Skopelos style with the most stunning views and easy access to Skopelos town. The villa has many windows and doors that open up to allow the pine scented breeze to flow through. The al fresco dining area overlooking the pool and town below has as it's centrepiece a massive chestnut table that seats up to 14 persons (built on the island by a local craftsman) as well as a traditional wood oven and BBQ. This is a wonderful place to dine and enjoy sun-downers as the sun sets and the lights come up in the village. Comfortable, fresh and completely relaxing, Villa Kerasi is tastefully decorated with a casual beach feel. The villa is well appointed with everything you will need and is set in its own 1 acre olive grove.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, full-sized fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle and coffee maker. The villa caters well to large groups and has four bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bath and all are equipped with air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto the beautiful, large pool area. The poolside is furnished with umbrellas, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and a gorgeous cabana over-looking the town. Walking the 1.4 km to and from town takes approximately 25 minutes. The last 300m up to the house is steep. The road is fully paved and having a hire car is essential, ideally a Jimny or similar. Car hire is available through Magic Cars or one of the other local providers on the island. We're sure you'll enjoy our villa as much as we do and hope you'll make yourself at home. After careful consideration and feedback from our guests, we now have WiFi connected to the property.

Villa Kerasi is ideal for large family occasions such as reunions, birthdays or wedding parties. We have recently completed a small Kalivi which will sleep an additional 6-7 kids or young adults. It is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a sleeping loft, one bathroom and a small kitchen. The Kalivi will be available for rent starting in 2017.

Villa Kerasi is a wonderful family villa in a secluded setting with spectacular views over Skopelos Town and the harbour. The air-conditioned rooms were very welcome after a week of sailing!

Why can't I call Cheryl and Craig (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cheryl and Craig (the owner) a message.

If Cheryl and Craig (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
