It has a versatile games table for Air Hockey, Table Football and Pool Table. Also the Games Room boasts HD TV with xbox 360 and a selection of board games, DVD's and books. It has french doors out to the garden.

The spacious rear garden is ideal for dining alfresco with BBQ, there is a very useful secure shed providing storage for bikes and walking gear and there are excellent off road parking to the front of the cottage for 3 vehicles.

Bedroom 1 has a super-king zip bed which can be separated to create 2 single beds (please notify the owner which sleeping arrangement you prefer before arrival).

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (placed against the wall, see photo).

This quiet Dales village is of ancient origin, with a stone circle dating back to the Bronze Age and having been the site of a monastic settlement in the 12th Century. Today it is popular with walkers and steam railway enthusiasts who come to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway, with its award-winning authentic station buildings and steam trains. Embsay is also famous for it's crag, which presides over the village and Embsay reservoir. The reservoir is popular with walkers and sailors and there is a Sailing Club based here. Billy Bob's ice-cream parlour is 5 minutes drive away and very popular for families with children as they can eat and have fun in their play barns. There are 2 pubs in the village and both serve excellent food. The Old Mill in the village centre boasts a needlecraft centre and coffee shop, whilst all the amenities and attractions of the lively bustling market town of Skipton famous for its Medieval Castle and canal network are all close at hand. Nearby are lots of popular places to visit, including Bolton Abbey, Kilnsey, Grassington and Bronte Country making this an ideal location for a wonderful Dales holiday.

Please remove shoes at the door. There is a boot store at the front door and a shoes store inside the house. Please use coasters and cutting boards as there are Marble worktops which may stain.
