This property is all on one level located in a village and is well situated for the dales, the lake district, pendle area and the west and east coast, it is only 4 miles from Skipton and Haworth, It is within walking distance (30 metres) to a bus route, local convenience, chemist and take away food shops. Restaurants and inns are also within level walking distance. It is ideal for walkers where there are many beautiful walks from the door.

It is south facing with its own private garden/decking area (not shared) and has its own parking.

Covid 19 - Arrangements have been made to swap all bedlinen(pillows/duvets/pillow and mattress protector ) after every stay and a hand sanitizer has been installed for the safety of all guests. The whole place will be disinfected and sanitised as normal. Keys will be in the key safe and I am always in contact with my guests before they arrive should you require any further assistance.

“Excellent break in Sutton in Craven”

Just returned from a 4 night break near Skipton. Excellent accommodation, lovely village and as an added bonus the weather was very hot especially for the time of year. The bungalow we stayed in was named Aunty Mary’s, it was perfect, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Heather who owned the property was a lovely person, nothing was too much trouble for her Would definitely recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heather (the owner) a message.

If Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
