Located at Skipsea Sands Holiday Park. Popular for its fantastic on-park facilities and amazing views over the North Sea, Skipsea Sands is located in the beautiful village of Skipsea in the East Riding area of Yorkshire.

There is a great range of entertainment features on the park itself and you’re never more than a short drive away from one of the nearby beaches at Fraisthorpe, Bridlington or Hornsea.

Spend your days relaxing by the heated indoor pool with its sauna and steam room whilst the children have fun in the adventure playground, and even enjoy a family game of ten-pin bowling.

If you are a walking enthusiast, there are plenty of public footpaths along the coast. When it comes to the evening, enjoy the tasty food at the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant.

Our 6 berth luxury static caravan comes with everything you need and more to sit back and enjoy a holiday/break away.

We have decided to keep our £50 per night offer running until March 2020. This is due to the holiday season closing in November - March.

We always wanted to provide a luxary caravan with affordable prices for families wanting a little break away. We offer payment plans to those who would like to pay a deposit then spread the cost on all holidays.

Although the facilities on site close for the season, we have a beach club house on the entrance to the site that stays open all year (music, bar, bingo), a local shop in the village of Skipsea (5 mins drive), the fishing lake on site is available to use for anybody who enjoys to get out , local pubs nearby for food and drinks and a large outdoor play area for children.

With lovely coastal walks and amazing beaches nearby, and the seaside resorts of Bridlington and Hornsea just a short drive away, you’ll experience the best of the Yorkshire Coast at Skipsea Sands.

We do get asked a lot if we are pet friendly. Yes we are. Although, we do ask a small charge. This is due to the deep cleaning programme after we have little animals stay with us. Incase anybody we have stay in future who is allergic etc.

Lovely lady owner and caravan is very cosy with all your home comforts, as well as a few extras, the kids loved it. Situated in a quiet area of the park. Highly recommend

Excellent clean caravan with well appointed kitchen. Plenty of beds. There is a bar and shop on site. The way to the beach is difficult as the steps have collapsed. Overall very nice though.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kendall (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
