Set on a hillside with fabulous views out over the Aegean towards Evvia, Villa Aquarius offers comfortable accommodation with peace, quiet and security. It is set in its own private mature gardens of fruit trees, vines, bougainvillea, jasmine and magnolia.

This is an ideal villa for a large family or party, with beautiful accommodation for all the family. Rock walls and terraces complete the feeling of a traditional Greek home, and that each room has a private balcony with sea views adds to the splendour of your visit. The villas are unique in their The accommodations are completed to the highest standard and all have private balconies with views to the sea.


It is just 250 metres from shops and tavernas, 400 from the main road and bus stop and a 15 minute stroll to Troulos Beach.

Other beaches easily accessed are Koukounaries, Banana, Platanias (Aghia Paraskevi) and the beaches on the Mandraki Peninsular.

The private grounds around Villa Aquarius are 600 m2.

The accommodation comprises the main house with one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. There is a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cabinet, and a separate WC. A large open plan lounge and kitchen leads out to the upper terrace and swimming pool. There are 120m2 of balcony area.
The apartment and the studio in the pool level acomodate 4-6 persons.

Total size of the main villa is 200. m2.

This is a very safe environment for families with children.

A car or mopeds are recommended to enable you to get the best from Skiathos and to reach some of the quieter, less busy, beaches. We can arrange this for you.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator, cooker with oven and more than adequate cooking utiliys. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which opens to a double bed.

The studio has a refrigerator and small, 2-ring cooker for making coffee, breakfasts, etc.
An extra bed can be added for a third person or child.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nikos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
