A large open plan suite, which opens out onto a private garden for you to enjoy. From the bedroom relax in your private lounge area with flat screen television. Fresh coffee maker and everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The luxurious private bathroom has a large walk in shower, separate bath all beautifully designed. Your suite is accessed via a locked side gate and private garden, within the garden there is a large summerhouse complete with a sofa. The south facing walled garden is the perfect sun-trap with sun loungers a small seating area with bistro table and chairs, along with a large patio table to make the most of the summer weather. The apartment is 10 minutes drive into town, 10 minutes to the beach with public transport links on your doorstep. There is free parking on site.

No pets allowed and no smoking.

The South Wales region

Located just off the M4 the apartment is an ideal base for exploring the Gower Coastline. Within walking distance of lively bars and restaurants within the Uplands yet the apartment is set in a peaceful setting with its own private garden. A private entrance leads to the large open plan suite (please note the suite is accessed via a steep flight of stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues). Dylan Thomas' famous Cwmdonkin park on your doorstep and the city centre and Liberty stadium is just a short drive away.

Sketty

Glanmor Garden Apartment is set within its own tranquil garden area whilst being close to everything. Parking is free and on the drive. Restaurants, bars and lively music scene are a five minute walk away. The city centre is a ten minute drive away. Liberty stadium home to rugby, football and concerts is only a short drive away. The Gower coastline is also nearby. Parking is free and on the drive but there is also a bus stop outside.

Getting around

There is a bus stop outside the property, and regular buses run to the Gower Coastline from the Uplands, a 5 - 10 minute walk down the hill.

We live on site so are always on hand if you need anything. We are very easy to find but please let us know your arrival time so that we can look out for you. We are happy to book / recommend local restaurants for you and are always on hand if you are looking for something to do.

“Perfect ”

Great location, very clean, lots of extra touches, prosecco on arrival! Wine and nibbles hamper and breakfast well.... so much variety, nothing was too much trouble, great hosts , thank you Linda and Bethan

“Very pleasent stay early September”

My wife and I spent a very nice week in Linda's garden appartment. I attended a conference in the university which is within walking distance through Singleton park. There are also nice restaurants within walking distance. Note however that the roads are steep. In the nicely kept garden you have desk chairs at your disposal. In the appartment you find a coffee machine with capsules (provided). In the afternoods Linda would offer some cake. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thanks Linda!! The suggestion for improvement is that we did not know the house number; the postcode and street name brought us close, but in the first attempt we oversaw the B&B.
