Modern refurbished holiday apartments set in a mock Tudor House in the popular sea side town of Skegness. The property is positioned about half way up Sea View Road and it is about 5 mins from the North Golf Course, the beach and sea are at the end of the road and the pier is approximately 10 mins walk away. The property is well positioned for relaxing walks along the sea front either into Skegness main town or go north to Butlins, Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island.

The three flats on the first floor have their own private entrance, stairs, hall and landing providing a relaxed tranquil atmosphere. This accommodation, Flat 3, has a large twin bedroom with an on-suite and a windowed alcove with a large bean bag to chill out on. The bedroom contains two single beds, and a travel cot in the alcove or a single mattress can be place on the floor here to accomadate third guest, bedside chest of draws, tall chest of draws, wardrobe, built in dressing table with a light surrounded with storage cupboards, radiator and a TV with DVD player. The on-suite has a large shower, toilet, sink and vanity unit. There is also a towel radiator and window. Leading off the bedroom is an emergency fire door which has been designed so that flat 3 can connect with flat 2 without going onto the communal landing. This is so that friends and families can rent both flats and interact with each other using the doors or even treat the two flats a as one using the larger kitchen/dinning area in flat 3 leaving the lounge/kitchen area in flat 2 as a lounge only, giving you two bedrooms with on-suites.

Flat 3 has a fully equipped kitchen with a built in oven, halogen hob, cooker hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink with draining board, fridge freezer, pots & pans, utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery for 4 people. there is also a round dinning room table with 4 chairs and a radiator in this room.

On its own it is perfect for singles, couples, both with an infant, friends, single families or used as an extension to flat 2. Please note that bedding and linen is provided for two single beds, people wishing to put the beds together to make a double need to bring with them the appropriate bedding and linen, super king size. If you bring an infant then you will need to bring the bedding for the travel cot or bedding for the extra single mattress. We provide two hand towels and a tea towel for you to use, so don`t forget your shower towels otherwise it will be a soggy march up to the shops to buy one !

Everything is electric supplied from a coin meter which takes £1 & £ 2 coins, on site parking is free, 1 car per flat with the parking permit. No pets, No smoking, No groups of males or females (no parties). Singles, couples and families only, sorry. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drugs and unlawful activity will be dealt with servilely. Also, anyone found to be bringing in extra guests without the owners permission will be asked to leave and forfeit their payment and deposit. There is CCTV in the common areas for security and the whole building has just been brought up to current fire regulations for your piece of mind. All booking are to be paid in advance and a £50 deposit against keys , parking permit, breakages & damage is required which will be returned within 7 days after your departure and the flat has been checked, thank you for your interest.

Check in no later than 21:00 unless agreed when booking for a later time, also sometimes, usually out of main season, an earlier check in time can be arranged.

Please contact me for winter bookings and deals also note that there is no linen supplied for monthly rate bookings.
