Description

Armonia Luxury Villa is a “drop of serenity” located in the village of Skalani, very close to the city of Heraklion in a quiet area. Due to its convenient location, it allows the visitor to explore both the urban and the non-urban side of the island of Crete.

It is an 420m2 villa, decorated with high quality, natural materials. In the beautiful private garden you can enjoy swimming at the pool, sunbathing or simply have a drink and relax in a peaceful environment.

The villa has three floors (and a large basement with a fully equipped gym and spa), 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living room with a smart TV, free wi-fi that is provided throughout the property and a dining room area. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances.

Getting around

A car is definitely recommended for the guests who want to explore the beauties of the island. There is also bus service (not so frequent) to Heraklion. Taxis are also available.

House rules

Since our Villa is located in the city, by law it is required to have quiet hours.
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00.
During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30.
Summer period shall be the period from 1 April to 30 September.
Winter period shall be the period from October 1 to March 31.
We kindly request from our guests to respect the quiet times.
Smoking is allowed only outside the Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
