Villa di Capri commands a towering position high above the country road leading from the traditional village and port Poros to Skala and offers panoramic view over the picturesque headlands of this beautiful area. Designed to satisfy all your needs, this luxurious villa is offering a perfect choice either for couples or families.

A private infinity pool with gorgeous sea view and an outdoor Jacuzzi are offered.

Villa di Capri is built in two levels. On the pool-level floor there is a open plan living room , with dining table and sofa close to the fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view ,a shared bathroom and a warehouse.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are provided with balconies with an amazing endless sea view.
The villa grounds are accessed via electronic gates directly from the coastal road.
Enclosed by hand-built stone walls and backed by the rugged rocky countryside of this area,
Villa Di Capri occupies a wonderful spot in this beautiful part of Kefalonia.

About Skala
Situated on the Ionian island of Kefalonia, Skala is one of the most popular Greek holiday destinations and attracts visitors from all over the world. Skala is offering one of the best beaches in Kefalonia as well as a variety of facilities and activities, such as elegant restaurants, traditional tavernas, bars, pool bars, jewellers, supermarkets, beach sports and playgrounds.
With its crystal clear waters and a backdrop of lush, green pine trees, the beach is wonderfully picturesque. Umbrellas and loungers are available for hire and a variety of watersports are offered. Visitors of Skala will find that nightlife tends to be focused on the many excellent restaurants and tavernas, several of which offer Greek nights and live music. In the old town, you can admire the traditional cottages and enjoy dinner at one of the many tavernas.

Why can't I call Lefteris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lefteris (the owner) a message.

If Lefteris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
