The accommodation is set in the popular location of Iwade, Sittingbourne and is a spacious well-presented two-bedroom ground floor apartment with ONE allocated FREE car-parking space.

The apartment offers two double guest rooms (a double bed for the main bedroom and two single beds for the second bedroom). Laundry for bedding and towels will be provided on a weekly basis (additional towels or laundry facilities can be provided for a nominal fee). There is a family bathroom and an en-suite to bedroom 1 and open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The lounge also offers a flat-screen TV with Freeview, a DVD/Bluray Player and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a cooker with an electric oven and gas hob, a washing machine, and a microwave.

The accommodation has easy access to the A249 and the M2 and is three miles from the market town of Sittingbourne and a 15-minutes drive from the Isle of Sheppey. The nearest railway station to London is a 7-minute drive from the apartment. Local shops, takeaways and a nice pub/restaurant are less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. The property is 16.2 miles from Canterbury and 29.2 miles from Dover. Maidstone is 10.6 miles away while Rye is 28 miles away. The nearest airport is Southend Airport, 14.9 miles from the property. It is 48.6 miles to London Gatwick Airport or 69.7 miles to London Heathrow Airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mitch (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
