Description

Quaint villa situated at the end of Calle Huelva with magnificent Mediterranean views. Villa Atlantica has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14 people. There is an additional sofa bed in the games room. It boasts a private garden with private pool, jacuzzi, pool table and table tennis. Beautiful mountain top sea views which is perfect for Families and Golf with beaches, tennis courts and golf courses less than 2 miles away.

This self-catering villa is 1 of 3 located next to each other on Calle Huelva. There is potential to accommodate LARGE parties of 25 and more. Please ask us specifically for further details.

The interiors are currently as follows:

Top Floor

3 x bedrooms

- Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with views of the Mediterranean.

- Bedroom with double bed with shared bathroom

- Bedroom with twin beds with shared bathroom

Ground Floor:

- Bedroom with small double bedroom and bathroom on ground floor

Basement level

- Bedroom with twin beds

family room with a double and 2 singles

plus games room which has pool table and table tennis table in. There is an additional sofa bed in there as well.

Depending on the dynamics of your group a single bed from the family room could be put int he games area to make a 7th bedroom.

There is a bathroom in basement area.

the basement area has lot s of natural light. the twin room has a window and the family room has large patio doors.

The house is on a hill so even though officially the basement the family room goes out into the garden/patio area.

There is outside seating for 14 and sunbeds

“Idyllic. Peaceful & private Villa”

Not the first time we have booked a villa owned by this family and it will not be the last. The villa itself is everything as per the advertisement. I would say that car hire is necessary to get to the shops although there are restaurants nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
